**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Banking Entries**: Update day-to-day banking entries from bank statements and perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.

**GST Compliance**: Prepare and file GST returns in a timely manner while ensuring reconciliation from the books.

**Excel Proficiency**: Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage financial data efficiently and generate insightful reports.

**TDS Compliance**: Prepare TDS data and file it promptly to comply with tax regulations.

**Daily Accounting**: Maintain books of accounts on a daily basis, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.

**E-WAY Bills and E-Invoicing**: Possess knowledge of E-WAY bills and e-invoicing processes and generate them as required.

**Expense Management**: Manage all site and office expenses in accordance with company policies, ensuring proper documentation and cost control.

**Petty Cash Handling**: Responsible for handling and reconciling petty cash transactions.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar accounting role.

Expertise in using Tally Prime for recording sale and purchase bills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

Strong knowledge of GST regulations and compliance.

Experience in TDS data preparation and filing.

Familiarity with E-WAY bills and e-invoicing.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
