**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in computer science, including core and elective topics
- Develop and update curriculum to keep pace with advances in technology and industry demands
- Conduct high-quality research in computer science or related fields and publish in peer-reviewed journals and conferences
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate student research projects
- Seek external funding to support research activities (if applicable)
- Participate in departmental and university service and governance
- Engage in professional development and stay current in the field of computer science

**Required Qualifications**:

- Ph.D. in Computer Science
- Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching and scholarly research
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in teaching at the college/university level
- Research background
- Experience with online and hybrid instruction methods
