**Full Job Description**
- Need to implement strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes,and growth through multiple channels via the said Sales Managers
- Driving cross-sell products and ensure internal & external customer satisfaction.
- Need to visit Branches
- good relationship with customers
- Need to visit Merchants in open market also to on-board NTB clients for Bank.
- Cross Sell is also part of Target (Insurance, Loan)
Below is the minimum monthly productivity Benchmark.
EDC Installation - 5
Insurance Premium
- 8500
- Qualification Graduation is not mandatory.
- Good understanding of customer profiles, markets, and products and good networking skills.
- 0-5 years of sales experience (Fresher can apply).
- Willing to travel as per business requirements.
- Experience in retail lending would be an added advantage.
- Need to have decent written and oral communication skills.
- Sales Driven, Detail orientated process discipline and good organizational discipline
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹17,720.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
