Job Description: Commerce Faculty

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Development:

- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and instructional methods in line with industry standards, academic guidelines, and institutional requirements.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies, case studies, and real-world examples to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Ensure alignment of curriculum with the latest trends, developments, and advancements in the field of commerce.
- Instruction and Delivery:

- Deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops effectively, utilizing various teaching aids and technologies to facilitate student understanding.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and analytical abilities.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and examinations to measure student progress and achievement, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Academic Support and Guidance:

- Offer academic counseling, career guidance, and support services to students, assisting them in setting academic goals, choosing elective courses, and planning their career paths.
- Mentor students in research projects, dissertations, and internships, guiding them through the entire process from conceptualization to completion.
- Collaborate with colleagues, academic advisors, and industry professionals to enhance student learning experiences and opportunities.
- Research and Scholarship:

- Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publications, and presentations, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the field of commerce.
- Pursue professional development opportunities, attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to stay updated with the latest research trends and best practices.
- Encourage and facilitate student involvement in research projects, encouraging independent inquiry and academic curiosity.
- Administrative Duties:

- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning sessions, and academic committees, contributing insights and recommendations for program improvement.
- Assist in student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment processes, providing information and guidance to prospective students.
- Perform administrative tasks such as grading, record-keeping, and reporting in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

- A Master's degree or higher in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level, preferably in a higher education institution.
- Proficiency in instructional design, curriculum development, and pedagogical techniques.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and academic excellence.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Making lesson Plans: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
