As a Bharatanatyam Dance Teacher, you will inspire and educate students in the art and tradition of this classical dance form.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive Bharatanatyam dance curriculum aligned with educational standards and institution's objectives.
- Instruct students in various aspects of Bharatanatyam dance including technique, posture, footwork, gestures, expressions, and rhythm.
- Provide individualized attention and feedback to students to nurture their skills and talents.
- Organize and conduct rehearsals, performances, and recitals to showcase students' progress and achievements.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, discipline, and cultural appreciation.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members, administration, and parents to support students' holistic development.
- Stay updated with trends, techniques, and advancements in Bharatanatyam dance through continuous professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dance, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proficiency in Bharatanatyam dance with extensive training and performance experience.
- Previous teaching experience in Bharatanatyam dance at educational institutions or dance academies preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages and skill levels.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and enriching learning environment.
- Passion for preserving and promoting Indian classical dance traditions.
