**Position**:Project Coordinator

**Job Locations**: Pimpri -Chinchwad

**Job Profile**:

- Coordination in managing and execution for various Projects via direct client, Sales person, Dealers partners,or management
- Supporting the management end to end in daily projects and working execution by working with cross functional teams
- Sales Coordination for providing end to end support to the sales person and ensuring their work is being completed
- Coordination with various cross functional team like, Factory, GeM, Logistics, Design, Sales for a smooth order process and execution
- Coordination for Costing and keeping a proofread check before finalization by discussing with management wherever needed
- Sales Performance and Analysis Tracking for timely sales report, business generation, forecast, business commitment and submitting the analysis to the management
- Comparing the sales team member reports, as well as comparative business performance analysis.
- Supporting and assisting the management end to end in various marketing initiatives like events related to exhibition and ensuring the lead conversion ratio is met.
- Smooth Operation running by coordination and execution of the various process in Order placing and execution.
- Support management end to end in various work related to their task whether operational, administrative data management, or being the SPOC wherever needed on behalf of the management.
- Customer Relationship Management by supporting the direct customers by providing project related support for inhouse order closing
- Acting as a liaison between management and client and ensuring the best practices are met for effective customer satisfaction

**Education**: Any Graduate or higher degree preferred.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English both written and verbal is a must
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques or customer relationship management
- Fast learner and willing to take accountability and responsibility and act responsibly as Team Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
