Note: CTC - 3LPA - 4LPA fixed with additional variable pay upto 30% of Fixed (performance dependent)

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, appointment bookings, and follow-ups.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s services, treatments, and products to effectively address customer queries and promote offerings.
- **Sales Support**: Identify potential leads and convert inquiries into appointments or sales, achieving monthly targets.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, bookings, and feedback in the CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback on services and products to help improve overall customer experience.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential and existing customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on promotional activities and customer engagement strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:2 to 3 years of experience in a tele-calling role, preferably in the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry.
- **Education**:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
- **Customer-Centric**: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- **Sales Acumen**:Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- **Problem-Solving**:Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions.
- **Organisation**:Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- **Team Player**:Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
