1 Carry out calibration & inspection of Measuring & test equipment used in plant.

2 Carry out all the maintenance of instruments as per the instructions & procedure.

3 Maintain all the relevant records

4 Ensure compliance of safety work permit system & conditions before staring the work.

5 Carry out preventive maintenance of all the instruments& equipment and maintain records.

6 Ensure follow up of safety work permit systems during working by departmental employees.

7 Ensure tagging of equipment.

8 Use adequate suggested PPE’s while working.

9 Maintain good housekeeping in the area.

10 Follow Energy Conservation Practices according to Energy Management System.
