Talent acquisition sourcing (Fresher)

**Location**: Giridhar Nagar, Warje, Pune, Maharashtra 411058

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Co-develops and implements an effective sourcing strategy
- Has knowledge of how to use the various sourcing channels
- Knows how to use sourcing tools and technology
- Is able to build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company’s future hiring needs
- Keeps track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports on them
- Follows up on employee referrals

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in any field. (required)
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
effectively.
4. High level of integrity and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and treating
