Job Title: PLC Programmer

**Responsibilities**:
∙Convert proposals into philosophy documents outlining control logic, data collection, and

screen descriptions

∙Design HMI/SCADA screens and program PLCs for Fykays TOPS systems

∙Collaborate with the Electronics department to coordinate panel requirements, ensuring

seamless integration of sensors, actuators, and PLC functionality

∙Conduct thorough testing and debugging of PLC programs in the lab and on-site during

installations

∙Formulate test procedures for each system and perform comprehensive testing to ensure

reliability and performance

∙Work closely with PLC and panel manufacturers to ensure smooth execution of programming

tasks

∙Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and provide necessary

support

∙Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in PLC programming techniques

**Requirements**:
∙Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science is preferred

∙A relevant PLC course/certification from a reputable institution

∙Minimum 3 years of experience in PLC programming, preferably in the field of combustion

control or automation

∙Proficiency in programming languages for PLC systems, particularly ABB Automation Builder

and ladder logic

∙Strong knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems and screen designing

∙Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

∙Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

∙Effective communication and interpersonal skills

∙Willingness to travel for on-site installations across India

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
