As a counter Boy, you will a central role in creating a welcoming and immersive atmosphere at our counter. Your responsibility include.

**Customer Engagement: - **Welcome customers with genuine warmth and guide them through our diverse Oriental menu. Provide recommendations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable ordering process.

**Order Coordination: - **Efferently manage customer orders, collaborating closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Contribute to a smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

**Cultural Ambassador: - **Showcase a deep passion for Oriental cuisine and culture. Engage with customers, sharing insights into the origins and nuances our dishes, enhancing their overall dining experience.

**Cleanliness and Presentation: - **maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization at the counter. Adhere to hygiene standards, contributing to an aesthetically pleasing and hygienic environment.

**Issue resolution: - **Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism and a problem - solving mindset. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure swift resolution and customer delight.

**Upselling and Cross - Selling: - **Identify opportunity to enhance the customer experience through upselling and cross - selling.

**Qualification: -**
- Positive and customer focused attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptability to fast
- paced, dynamic work environment.
- Previous experience in a customer - facing role is advantageous.
- High school or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Proficiency in local languages.

**Requirements: -**
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
