As a Primary School Teacher specializing in Mathematics (PRT Maths), you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective mathematics education to primary school students
- Your role involves creating a positive learning environment, developing lesson plans, and implementing innovative teaching methods to foster students' understanding and enthusiasm for mathematics

**Responsibilities**:

- Curriculum Development:Design and develop age-appropriate mathematics curriculum based on educational standards and guidelines
- Create lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
- Classroom Instruction:Deliver interactive and engaging mathematics lessons to primary school students
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technologies to enhance learning outcomes
- Assessment and Feedback:Conduct regular assessments to evaluate students' understanding of mathematical concepts
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic progress
- Classroom Management:Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage classroom behavior and encourage a culture of respect and cooperation
- Individualized Support:Identify students who may require additional support in mathematics and provide targeted assistance
- Collaborate with special education professionals to address individual learning needs
- Parent-Teacher Communication:Maintain open communication with parents regarding students' progress and achievements
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss academic performance and address concerns
- Professional Development:Stay updated on educational trends, teaching methodologies, and advancements in mathematics education
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills
- Extracurricular Involvement:Participate in or facilitate extracurricular activities related to mathematics, such as math clubs or competitions
