**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Design and create original graphic content for Instagram (posts, stories, carousels, IGTV, and reels) that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and voice.
- Edit videos for Instagram, including video reels, tutorials, behind-the-scenes, and promotional content.
- Design graphics for Instagram Stories, Highlights, and other platform-specific formats.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw video footage into polished and engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Add transitions, effects, music, text overlays, and animations to enhance video content.
- Ensure videos are optimized for Instagram's video specifications (e.g., dimensions, length, aspect ratio).
- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the social media team to develop content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Stay up-to-date with Instagram trends, popular formats (e.g., challenges, memes, tutorials), and algorithm changes to create relevant content.
- Monitor and analyze engagement data to improve content performance and engagement strategies.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all visual content adheres to the brand’s style guidelines and overall aesthetic.
- Keep the visual identity consistent across Instagram posts, stories, reels, and any other social media platforms.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other departments to develop content ideas and campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative and impactful content for Instagram.
- Collaborate with influencers or other teams for special campaigns and branded content.
- **Content Optimization**:

- Edit and format visuals to ensure they are optimized for Instagram’s platform (resolution, quality, and size).
- Create content that resonates with the target audience while being engaging and shareable.
- **Feedback and Revisions**:

- Take feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve content.
- Ensure content is delivered on time and meets all quality standards.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Video Editing: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Video Production: 1 year (preferred)
