**Job Title**: Branch Manager
**Location**: Vyttila, Edappally
**Salary**: Based on experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals related to student admissions, retention, and academic performance.
- Manage and lead a team of staff, including educators and administrative personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and external partners.
- Monitor financial performance of the branch and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Organize and oversee marketing and outreach activities to drive student enrollment.
- Handle grievances, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
