Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Assess patient conditions, develop nursing care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure a safe and effective work environment.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions to stabilize patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing protocols and best practices.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during times of illness or distress.
- Stay current with advancements in nursing practice, attending training programs and continuing education opportunities as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
