**Product Knowledge**: Be knowledgeable about the store’s products, including fabrics, sizes, and trends.

**Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Encourage customers to purchase additional items or higher-end products.

**Processing Transactions**: Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using the store's point-of-sale system.

**Communication**: Work with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide feedback on store operations.

**Training**: Assist in training new employees or sharing best practices with colleagues.

**Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.

**Problem Solving**: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

**Promotions**: Inform customers about store promotions, sales events, and new arrivals.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
