**Designation**: Sales Executive Motor Insurance (Direct sales),

**Location**:Noida

**Qualifications**: Graduate/ Preference with MBA qualification, **Compensation**: Negotiable (15-20K), **Experience**: 1+ yrs
- Demonstrated skills in sales/ procurement of Insurance/ reinsurance business, new markets development, Procurement, Manage and create strategic tie ups; good in Motor Insurance.
- Freshers and Experience of 1 yr minimum in Motor Insurance retail sales can apply.
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
- Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, field sales, cold calling, using referrals etc
- Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans
- Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
- Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
- Highly organized and client-focused, having outstanding skills in interacting with clients, understanding their requirements and accordingly devising customized solutions, thereby maintaining complete client satisfaction and creating repeat business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative
- Good comprehension of insurance plans for automobile
- Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
- Goal-oriented
- Excellent skills in communication (hind/ English)
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
