**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for an experience and self-driven Telemarketer to join our Pre-sales team As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota.
Telemarketer are sales representatives responsible for reaching out to potential clients and customers over telephone
Calling people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations.
Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
Using scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
Processing of Tele-calls and organizing the Site visits.
Maintaining the sales and marketing documents.
Downloading online portal leads, segregating and sharing to sales and marketing executives.
Checking of each lead conversations.
Co-ordinate with the portal representatives with regards to all the updates and any other related issues.
Documentation of all the marketing and sales review proceedings, feedbacks, update to the concerned heads from time to time.
**Qualifications**
0-1 year of experience
Should know basics of MS Excel
**English Language is Mandatory**, Hindi & south Indian language have Advantage
Require thorough knowledge on marketing and sales activities.
Acquire good communication skills.
Follow the work ethics and discipline.
Maintain company confidentiality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
