** Job description**
- Supervise and manage all on-site interior and civil work, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Coordinate daily with contractors, interior designers, architects, vendors, and laborers.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timelines, quality, and budget compliance.
- Interpret and implement technical drawings and design layouts as per architect/designer instructions.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain clear communication with the homeowner on project status, issues, and updates.
- Manage material deliveries and inventory at the site.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and resolve conflicts between stakeholders efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and local authority norms.
- Document daily progress, site photos, material usage, and contractor attendance.
- Requirements:

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in supervising interior/civil site work, preferably residential.
- Ability to read and interpret interior layouts, structural plans, and MEP drawings.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Must have own vehicle(preference-2 wheeler)
- Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
