**Hiring for a leading Travel Company**:
**Job Title: AVP - MICE (Domestice MICE)**

**Location : Mumbai**

**Required Experience: 12 +years**

**Relevant Experience: 6+ Years Minimum (in Leadership role) (Should have sales and ops exp)**

**Education : Graduation**

**Industry : Travel Industry**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute MICE events, ensuring all client requirements are met with excellence.
- Develop creative event concepts and proposals to meet client objectives.
- Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and suppliers to secure competitive rates and services.
- Monitor event budgets and ensure profitability for the company.
- Generate new business for MICE events for Pan India
- Ensure the P&L of the MICE are consistently met.
- Manage relationships with partner hotels and cars to secure favourable rates and availability for our clients.
- Ensure the team follows the TAT.
- Oversee the selection and management of car rental partners to provide reliable transportation solutions.
- Monitor transportation budgets and optimize costs without compromising on quality or service.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, including event planners, hotel coordinators, and transportation staff.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure team members deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets.
- Ensure the corporate compliances are followed across all corporates and internally.
- Build the standard procedures and policies to ensure smooth operational execution

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Total: 10 years (preferred)
- Leadership role: 6 years (preferred)
- Domestice MICE Sales: 10 years (preferred)

**Location**:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra (preferred)
