**Salary**: 10,000 to 18,000

We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled ANM/GNM Nurses to join our nursing team. As an ANM/GNM Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, administering treatments and medications, and promoting health and wellness among our patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians
- Assess patient health status and vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following established protocols and guidelines
- Assist with patient admission, discharge, and transfer procedures
- Perform nursing procedures, such as wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy
- Educate patients and their families about healthcare needs, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to nursing standards of practice, ethical principles, and regulatory requirements

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized nursing school
- Valid nursing license or registration from the appropriate regulatory body
- Clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
