Housekeeping Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Supervisory Duties**:

- Lead, train, and monitor housekeeping staff to ensure quality service and adherence to standards.
- Assign daily tasks and inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities for cleanliness and presentation.
- Address guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
- **Operational Duties**:

- Participate in routine cleaning, organizing, and maintaining guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, ensuring timely restocking.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare shift schedules and maintain staff attendance records.
- Report maintenance issues to the engineering team and follow up on resolutions.
- Monitor and ensure housekeeping budgets are maintained.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within a hotel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safe handling of chemicals.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for report preparation and inventory management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
