**Role Overview**

We are hiring a **Junior Architect** to focus on **design, drafting, and client presentations**. This role is ideal for **freshers or 1-2 years experienced architects** who want to grow in a structured, premium environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in **concept design, drafting, and space planning**.
- Prepare **working drawings, 3D models, and presentations**.
- Support senior architects during client discussions.
- Maintain design documentation in Work Drive.

**Requirements**:

- B.Arch degree (freshers & 1-2 yrs exp. welcome).
- Skills in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape**.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Communication skills in Tamil & English.
