**Assistant Manager -Semi Qualified CA (Litigation)**

**Primary responsibility is to ensure that all projects are Independently managed, executed and delivered with exceptional quality resulting in client delight and timely realization of receivables**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Skills Required**:

- DIRECT TAX
- Tax Audits (Individual / Firms / Companies)
- Income Tax Returns (Individual/ Firm/ Companies)
- Advisory to Clients on various matters.
- Litigation for assessment, reassessment, search & seizer.
- Visit to Department, Assessing officer, CIT(A) & ITAT
- Drafting of submissions
- Analysis of latest updates & case laws
- Indirect Tax
- GST Audits
- GST Refunds
- GST- Contract Review & Statutory
- Advisory to clients.
- Department Visits for Notices, assessment & audits.
- Drafting of submissions
- Analysis of latest updates & case laws
- **Prior Experience**:

- Ensure that all work output and services rendered to the client are of the highest quality
- Handled team of 3-4 people
- Ensure adherence to the firm’s policies and processes by the team
- Well versed with Microsoft Office suit
- Semi Qualified CA
- Post articleship experience of 3-6 years in a CA Firm.
- Possess excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong Hands On experience & Knowledge of Direct & Indirect Tax, GST.
- Detailed Oriented, Approachable, Team player, Multi-tasker & Self starter
- Computax software & other software.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
