Role: Product Operations
- Take calls from recruiters & jobseekers and do outbound calling on feedback received
- To build knowledge-based relationship with recruiters and understand nitty-gritty of clients.
- Identifying jobseekers & recruiters query and provide solutions
- Reach out to new recruiters and explain to them the benefits of Job Hai and help them in posting new jobs on the platform.
- Good Communication Skills
- Outbound Calling
- Customer Handling
