**MIS Executive**
Department - Finance & Accounts

Reports to Finance Head

Scope of Job/Role Key Deliverables

You will be responsible to analyse large datasets and derive meaningful insights to drive data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that can enhance business performance, customer experience, and optimize various aspects of the ecommerce platforms.

**Key Relationships of the Job/Role**

Provide transactional info, data exchange for supply chain management, Provide data for Order tracking and coordination etc.

Key Job Activities & Accountabilities

Collect, analyse, and maintain data related to e-commerce operations, sales, inventory, customer behaviour, and other relevant areas.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Separate document will be attached for the same.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports based on predefined parameters or specific requests.

Present data in a clear and concise manner, using visualizations and charts as appropriate.

Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.

Prepare regular reports on e-commerce metrics such as sales, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention. Create dashboards or visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and share them with relevant teams.

Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate and timely updates of product availability and stock levels. Monitor inventory turnover and suggest strategies for optimizing inventory management.

Develop and maintain an efficient database system to store and retrieve data effectively.

Implement data validation rules and perform regular data cleansing to eliminate errors and duplicates.

Analyze e-commerce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Use tools like Excel, SQL, or data visualization software to extract insights and present them to stakeholders.

Familiarity with e-commerce operations and understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) in the industry.

**Skills**

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Good communication and presentation skills to convey information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Abilities**

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExpected years of experience

1-3 years

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
