**Responsibilities**:
**Student Counselling**:
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents to understand their educational goals and aspirations.

Provide information about our coaching programs, curriculum, and admission procedures.

Address queries and concerns to ensure a positive and informed decision-making process.

**Marketing and Promotion**:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase awareness and enrolment in our coaching programs.

Organize and participate in promotional events, workshops, and seminars.

Collaborate with marketing team to create engaging content for digital and traditional platforms.

**Home Visits**:
Visit students at their homes for personalized counseling sessions.

Build strong relationships with parents and students to understand their unique needs.

Collect feedback and provide continuous support to ensure student satisfaction.

**Sales and Enrollment**:
Meet enrollment targets by effectively communicating the value of our coaching programs.

Assist in the admission process, including documentation and follow-ups.

Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with students and parents.

Marketing Acumen: Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel for home visits and attend events as needed.

Passion for Education: Genuine interest in helping students achieve their academic goals.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
