**MAIN DUTIES**
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
- Convert inquiries to enrolment and achieve visa targets Student
- Counselling, answering incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with it appropriately
- Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.
- Advising potential students on education opportunities in the UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, US.
- Liaising with students, other offices, and client institutions.
- Undertaking project work as decided by the Manager Counselling, or Senior Heads.
- Assisting with the general running of the office to ensure smooth operations.
- Meeting daily target and submitting sales report

**Qualifications/Skills/Experience**:

- Should be a graduate in any stream.
- Good communication skill in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
- Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Pleasing personality.
- Preferably from Ed-tech industry.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
