Designation: - Customer Sales/ Tele-Sales Executive.
Job Profile
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle online website inquiries and generate sales through leads by Telecalling, mailing and follow up.
- Answer questions of the customers about products and services of the company and try to do the sale.
- Enter and update customer information in the Database.
- Maintain Customer lead Data follow-up on our CRM.
Qualifications:
- Work experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketers or a similar role in the Sales Department will be preferred.
- He/she should have a good command of English and/or Hindi language & basic Computer skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
