As an Enterprise Architect, you will work closely with clients to understand their issues, define IT strategies, architecture solutions, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with fellow BCGers to transform client potential into performance. You will be given end-to-end responsibility for larger, highly technical and more sophisticated “modules” within a project, and begin to develop niche knowledge to help you solve clients’ problems. You will start to take on team lead responsibilities and demonstrate intellectual leadership.
- Analysing the status quo and optimization of IT architectures
- Identifying non-trivial technology decisions facing a client
- Storytelling about architectural building blocks and their importance
- Road mapping and business case development
- Reviewing vendor proposals and/or in-flight technical work
- IT project management and quality assurance

7 to 12 years of experience in architecture design and development, IT architecture review, Vendor selection, cloud cost optimization, cloud architecture and consulting.

B.E / B.Tech's/ M.Tech's and Ph.D's from top engineering college.

Excellent Written and verbal communication with a flair for consulting

Overview of common development methods and tools DevOps practices and Continuous Improvement.

Approaches to managing Architectural debt, Architecture governance and evolution in practice Deep understanding of different integration patterns and best practices such as events, synchronous vs. asynchronous

**Salary**: ₹2,800,000.00 - ₹45,000,000.00 per year
