Do market survey and prepare cost-value analysis sheets  Negotiate with new suppliers on ke y terms and prices  Develop comparatives in RFQ / RFP documents  Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers leading to lower negotiated prices, better service levels, longer term contracts and mutually ben eficial long lasting relationships  Responsible for evaluating Contract terms from a commercial perspective and monitoring thei r compliance as well as performance reporting as per completion stages  Analysis and process for finalizing and approval  Analysis and Planning of the stock  Follow-up with supplier for on time Delivery, Rejection & Shortage  Attending trade fairs, to select and assemble a new collection of products & to stay abreast of industry standards  Co-ordinator between the Project site, Finance & the Purchase department  Co-ordinate with Account departme nt for bill passing & accounting process
