**Job Description - Accounts Executive**

**Reporting to: Founder**

**Requirements**:

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for the E-commerce business, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.
- Process credit notes and debit notes accurately, following established company procedures and accounting principles.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain complex spreadsheets for financial analysis, reporting, and data tracking.
- Generate purchase orders (POs) in line with procurement requirements and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Utilize Tally software to manage accounts, journal entries, ledger entries, and other financial transactions.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
- Contribute to process improvements within the finance department to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an Accounts Executive role, within the E-commerce industry

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, credit notes, debit notes, and financial reconciliation.

Proficiency in advanced Excel functions for data analysis, reporting, and manipulation.

Expertise in using Tally software for managing financial transactions.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Familiarity with E-commerce operations and related financial processes is a plus.

**Location - Lower Parel**

**Sal - Max 25,000 CTC**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
