**Position**: Academic Counselor (UG/PG Online Courses)

**Location**: Mumbai
**Experience**: Minimum 6 months in sales/academic counseling preferred; Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling and Sales**:

- Convert leads into successful enrollments by building trust and providing detailed information about course features, benefits, and career outcomes.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
- **Follow-ups and Relationship Management**:

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to assist in their decision-making process.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with students for referrals and positive brand advocacy.
- **Course Knowledge and Advisory**:

- Stay updated on all course offerings, admission criteria, fee structures, and placement support to provide accurate information.
- Provide guidance to students on the academic path, course selection, and future prospects.
- **CRM and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all conversations, lead status, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Share daily/weekly reports with the team manager on lead status and sales performance.
- **Coordination and Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and academic departments to ensure smooth onboarding and support for students.
- Contribute to feedback loops to enhance course offerings and student experience.

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and preferably Hindi/Marathi).
- Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively.
- Target-driven, persuasive, and confident approach.
- Passionate about education and student success.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
