**Job Title: Creative Assistant**

**Location**: Chennai

**Experience**: 1-2 Years

**Salary**: 2.4 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely responses and prioritize urgent matters.

**Meeting Coordination**:

- Review team meeting discussions.
- Provide summaries or action points to ensure alignment and follow-up on tasks.

**Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate tasks and projects within the creative team.
- Ensure smooth workflow and effective collaboration.

**Scheduling and Workload Management**:

- Manage the creative team's schedule and workload.
- Optimize productivity and efficiency.

**Task Alignment and Quality Control**:

- Align tasks with the creative team's objectives and priorities.
- Ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

**Turnaround Times (TAT)**:

- Set task turnaround times and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve any delays.

**Interdepartmental Communication**:

- Serve as a bridge between the creative team and other departments.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure project success.

- Strong ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively.

**Attention to Detail**:

- Meticulous in reviewing tasks and ensuring accuracy.

**Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

**Multitasking and Prioritization**:

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

**Proactivity and Initiative**:

- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a creative or administrative role is preferred.
