Postpaid RGA : Achievement against Target, through timely implementation of the infra build up plan and Project Parivartan - MNP as % RGA - Acquisition churn /T4M retention - Base upgrade revenue - Enterprise (non-mobility) revenue" - No. of profitable Large Format Stores - No. of profitable franchisees as per normative profitability grid (basis townclass) - Overall COCA/RGA : actual vs budget - Adherence to Cluster/Circle Retail Opex budget" **Key Result Areas/Accountabilities** "1. 100% HSW Compliance and Zero fatality 2. NIP Penetration: %ge frontline earning at least 90% of target payout 3. Improve Gender balance in the team by 5% over LY 4. Reduction in Associate and FTE attrition 5. % of team completing recommended learning modules" "1. App download for new activations 2. DID interactions 3.
