We’re offering an internship like no other, one rooted in _new ways of working_.

**What do we mean by new ways of working?**

We're experimenting with self-managed, trust-based, decentralized, and natural-system-inspired ways of organizing work.
- Work that acknowledges people as whole human beings.
- Work that recognizes that life doesn’t begin _after_ work, it flows _through_ it.
- Workplaces where decisions are shared, voices are heard, and our time feels alive, not just productive.

**What will you do here?**
- You won’t be told what to do.
- You’ll shape your own role based on what moves you.
- You’ll find projects, questions, and ideas you care about—and we’ll walk together in figuring them out.

You might:

- Co-create experiments inside purposeful organizations
- Design tools or processes that make collaboration more human
- Document insights and stories of transformation
- Or something entirely new you initiate

We don’t have departments or job titles. We’re a living system. And you’ll be part of shaping it.

We’re a small collective working on reimagining work and organizing with purposeful teams, communities, and institutions. We offer consulting, facilitation, design support, and co-creation processes to nurture clarity, collaboration, and systemic change.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
