**Reporting **Interior designer

**CTC **15k-35k per month (depends on personality)

**Company Profile That's My Craft** interior designing studio operating since 2016. We specialised in providing comprehensive turnkey solutions for a wide range of integer design projects. With a close net team we strictly work with fresh philosophy every time.

**Position Summary**

1. **Necessary technical skills**: A site supervisor must have some basic technical problem solving skills like interpreting technical drawing, knowledge of interior finishes, electrical and pumping understanding, Carpentry work, measurements, layout and attention to detailing.

2. **Effective communication**: Site supervisor needs to be able to communicate effectively with the variety of people including contractors, Agencies, labours as well as client, project manager and senior designer.

3. **Material management**: Oversee the delivery, storage and the proper usage of construction material to minimise waste and ensure timely availability.

4. **Quality control**: Conduct regular inspections and review to maintain the highest quality of workmanship. Address and resolve any quality related issue that arise during the developing process.

5. **Progress tracking and reporting**: Monitor Daily progress and site activities to ensure task are on Track. Provide regular reports to the execution team and management team on project status.

6. **Problem solving and decision making**: Analyze project challenges and proactively identify solutions to mitigate risk. Act as an intermediate between senior designer and Agencies to resolve on site issues promptly.

7. **Site closure and handover**: Ensure smooth project handover process, including snagging and final inspections.

8. **Continuous improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency. Implement best practices and lessons learnt out from previous projects.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
