**Responsibilities**:

- Effective analytical and communication skills with standard knowledge of Finance terminology
- The AP Executive is responsible for the research, updating and processing of Vendor charges.
- Analysis the invoice/ statement data, and request for not received invoices.
- Update invoices for payments in System, Escalating unreconciled invoices to appropriate team.
- Reconciliation of Vendor invoices
- Regularly updating follow up tracker.
- Preparing reconcile charges import and upload in system
- Support for the ongoing improvement of new processes.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Good accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge of banking platforms for online payments.
- Strong organizational ability, multi-tasking.
- Effective corporate communication skills.
- Proficiency in English
- Working experience - 1 to 2 years
- Proficiency in Excel working & MS office,
- Work on accounting software like Tally ERP 9/sap /oracle.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
