**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Conversion**: Contact leads and provide information about the services or programs offered. Work to convert these leads into admissions.
- **Follow-up Calls**: Follow up with potential leads through phone calls to ensure they are informed and encouraged to take action.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update accurate records of interactions with leads and their status in the sales process.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with leads and customers, answering their queries and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for admissions.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from leads and customers to improve the services provided and suggest improvements to the marketing team.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
- **Confidence**: Comfortable talking to people, and able to maintain a positive and convincing demeanor.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
