E-commerce Saas Product Sales Executive

**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our e-commerce SaaS product as the ideal solution.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Cycle Management**: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Effectively demonstrate our e-commerce SaaS product's features and benefits to potential customers, highlighting its value proposition.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the SaaS or e-commerce industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ready to be trained for the required skillset.
- Able to follow instructions as given and able to find the potential prospects for the company on its own.
- Should be comfortable speaking with CXO's of the targeted company.
- Should be able to break the ice with partners and alliances.
- Excellent presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling product demonstrations.
- A deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and its challenges.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
