_**Tech Mahindra is hiring for customer service executive /BPO Hiring**_

**Shift** - UK Shift

**Experience** - _Minimum 6month of Experience in International Voice Process/BPO_

**Process** - Retention Chat _Process_

**Working Days** - _5 days Working, 2 days Off with Rotational Shifts_

**Working Location** : _Spectrum Towers, Ground floor, A wing, Mindspace, Chincholi Bunder Road, Malad West Mumbai_

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum 6 month of BPO Chat_ _Ex_perience
- Live Chat Experience _
- HSC and Graduation freshers_ _Can apply_
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills_
- Good communication skills, both oral and written_
- Must have excellent time management skills_
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team_

**Job Responsibility**
- Solving Customer Queries on call related to phone bill and network related issues_

**Salary**
- 19k-25k Inhand Salary+Incentives (30% hike on last Inhand Salary)_
- **Note**_
- **No Work From Home, only work from Office/ Only Mumbai Location**_
