**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain custom Maya tools and scripts to streamline artist workflows.
- Create automated solutions for rigging, animation, modeling, and rendering tasks.
- Integrate assets into the pipeline with version control and project management tools.
- Collaborate with animators, modelers, and VFX artists to meet project requirements.
- Debug, optimize, and document tools and scripts for reusability and scalability.
- Support pipeline integration with external renderers or game engines (e.g., Unreal/Unity).
- Troubleshoot scene performance and rendering issues in Maya.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong hands-on experience with **Autodesk Maya**.
- Proficiency in **Python and/or MEL scripting**.
- Understanding of 3D production workflows (modeling, rigging, texturing, animation).
- Experience in developing Maya plug-ins or extensions is a plus.
- Familiarity with pipeline tools (e.g., ShotGrid, Perforce, Git).
- Basic knowledge of rendering engines (Arnold, V-Ray, Redshift).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience with real-time engines (Unreal Engine / Unity).
- Familiarity with APIs and Maya command modules.
- Understanding of animation principles and rigging systems.
- Prior work in film, gaming, or VFX studios.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Animation, VFX, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
