- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- We require specifically Freshers to apply
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work in shifts or on weekends as needed.
