**Job description**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Responsible for center sales performance and profitability
- Prepares business plans that support the operation of the center and adhere to a budget.
- Supervising trainers and instructors & Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
- Planning for the operations, sales, and marketing activities of the branch.
- Organize and conduct College Seminar/workshops
- Responsible for College/ School tie-up
- Generate new references from student/Counseling
- Ensure excellent training service to Student
- Manage all operational activities of the training center including staffing, facilities, and coordination with Branches.
- Attend a meeting, if required with branches for business activities

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam - 682011, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
