Urgent hiring OPD & OT Billing Executive for multispeciality hospital in Pune with 1+ years relevant experience required.

Qualification : Any Graduate.

Responsibilities and Duties:
To prepare daily billing of discharge patients.
To update daily activity data in system and cross check daily statement of admitted patients.
To make advance intimation daily as according to requirement of admitted patient.
To cross check & take follow-up of overdue and advance intimation status of admitted patients.
To take final statement of medicine account and deposit against medicine account at time of discharge and prepare final statement of discharge billing.
To cross check surgery no dues before sending patient in surgery and stamping a seal on activity file.
To cross check & update O.T. consignment sheet in system and make statement of overdues of billing and collect advance payment from patient.
To feed & cross check daily surgery details and its packages, O.T. consumables, and other material used in operation, in O.T. Activity sheet in system.
To make daily proper statement of billing for admitted patient with help of floor coordinators.
To monitor daily overdue statement of discharged bills and recover as per given date.
To make final discharge bills of all government, central government bills, & other corporate bills at discharge day and make proper formalities of credit note file with necessary papers and hand over to appropriate person to send for final payment.
To cross check surgery no dues before sending patient in surgery and stamping a seal on activity file.
To cross check & update O.T. consignment sheet in system and make statement of overdues of billing and collect advance payment from patient.
To make help to patient & attendants with honesty and reliability.
Keep soft talks, helping nature, nice behavior & patience every time each moment.
Any other responsibility assign by the management.

Salary : Rs.13,000/- to Rs.18,000/
- Notice Period : Immediate joining preferred/ max 8-10 Days.

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune - 411042, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- OPD Billing Exe with 50+ beded multispeciality hospital: 1 year (preferred)
- IPD Billing Exe with 50+ beded multispeciality hospital: 1 year (preferred)
- OT Billing Executive with 50+ beded multispeciality hospital: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English fluently (preferred)
