**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning & Delivery**: Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students, covering grammar, literature, writing, and speaking skills.
- **Classroom Management**: Create a positive and disciplined learning environment that encourages participation and fosters student development.
- **Assessment**: Assess students' progress through regular tests, quizzes, and assignments, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
- **Individual Support**: Provide one-on-one support to students struggling with specific aspects of the English language.
- **Curriculum Development**: Assist in the development and enhancement of the English curriculum to meet the needs of the students.
- **Skill Development**: Help students improve their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, preparing them for exams and real-world communication.
- **Parent Communication**: Keep parents informed about their child’s progress through periodic reports and meetings.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous teaching experience is preferred, though fresh graduates with a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.
- **Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of English grammar, literature, and language skills.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- **Patience & Empathy**: Ability to be patient and understanding with students, offering them the support they need to succeed.
- **Creativity**: Ability to use creative methods to make learning English engaging and fun.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively and ensure lesson objectives are met.
