**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality short videos and reels for social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing software to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver on the creative vision.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to enhance video content.
- Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, techniques, and software advancements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with video shoots as needed, including setting up and operating camera equipment.
- Provide input on creative concepts and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Maintain an organized library of video assets and project files.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with additional software such as After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of 3D animation and effects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and best practices for social media platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen sense of timing and storytelling.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve content.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of color grading and sound design.
- Familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with photography and graphic design.
