Work Location - Hyderabad

**Job Description**:

- Minimum 2 years of Dynamics GP experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as an ERP Systems Admin or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Supporting multiple Microsoft Dynamics-GP environments, Test and Production
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics-GP user problems and deliver resolutions in a timely manner.
- Working knowledge of sound accounting principles and financial aspects of an ERP system.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues, risks and other considerations related to the GP functionality.
- Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure.
- Investigates problems to establish real or hidden causes.
- Be knowledgeable with Customizations and Integration tools, Modified Forms and Reports, SSRS, Smart List Builder, eConnect Integrations, SSIS, Jet Reports, Scribe, and Crystal Reports.
