We are looking for talented Graphic designers to join our Ramboll India team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Visual Asset Creation**: Design and develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, icons, and layouts to support e-learning content and enhance course engagement.
- ** Brand Consistency**: Ensure all graphics and visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and project-specific style requirements, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across courses.
- ** Collaboration with E-learning Team**: Work closely with the E-learning Specialist to understand instructional requirements and integrate visuals effectively, ensuring alignment with educational objectives.
- ** Multimedia Integration**: Assist with integrating multimedia elements (e.g., images, animations) into e-learning authoring tools where needed, supporting the technical aspects of visual content creation.
- ** Feedback Incorporation**: Actively engage in review cycles to gather feedback from the E-learning Specialist, Project Manager, making necessary adjustments to designs.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Review and optimize graphics for clarity, accessibility, and user experience across multiple devices and screen sizes.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with some exposure to e-learning or digital education projects.
- ** Design Skills**: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with animation or motion graphics is a plus.
- ** E-learning Tools (preferred)**: Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) or LMS platforms is a strong plus.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to discuss and present design concepts effectively to team members and clients.

- ** Technical Aptitude**: Comfort with basic multimedia integration and an interest in learning new tools and technologies to support e-learning design.
