**Job Title**: Recruitment Executive
**Location**: vadsar new manjalpur
**Department**: Human Resources
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Talent Sourcing & Recruitment**:
- Manage and update job postings across various platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- **Collaborate with Hiring Managers**:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and define key selection criteria.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and interview techniques to ensure effective and fair selection.
- **Interviewing & Evaluation**:
- Conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate technical interviews or assessments where necessary and ensure a consistent evaluation process.
- **Offer Negotiation & Onboarding**:
- Assist with the preparation of offer letters and other necessary documentation.
- Support new hires with the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- **Recruitment Reporting & Metrics**:
- **Employer Branding**:
- Assist in promoting the company’s employer brand through social media, career fairs, and networking events.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in [industry or specific recruitment type, e.g., IT, healthcare, or manufacturing] is a plus.
